Lee King Loon has more than 30 years of experience in the field of accounting and corporate finance where he had led many consulting engagements including business valuations, financial due diligence reviews, independent advisory, investment analysis, project viability studies, and corporate and debt restructuring exercises.

He had also served as the Chief Financial Officer of a public-listed company from 2010 until 2018 during which he was involved in the formulation and implementation of the company’s corporate strategies to facilitate the expansion of the company’s business.

King Loon has been involved in the evaluation and undertaking of investments in companies operating in various business sectors, via a group of companies which he co-founded in 2019.

Between 2016 to 2022, he had, on separate occasions, served as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of two Malaysian public-listed companies.

In January 2026, King Loon was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Ecofirst Consolidated Berhad.
